Still doing dumb shit... ruining my LDs...

So for the past couple of weeks, whenever I realize I'm dreaming, I always yell the same thing.

I always stop and shout, "Holy shit I'm dreaming".

This sort of ruins the dream world. I notice when I do this, people around me act weird, their voices and mannerisms become distorted. People tend to no longer react to me.

Does anyone here have any suggestions for how to stop 'ruining' their dream experience?

I find that my dreams, or dreaming behaviour changes upon how I think or perceive things during the day.

What I mean is, I seem to be incubating a certain thought pattern or behaviour. Usually it takes a few weeks to change.

It couldn't hurt to start reminding yourself during your waking day, not to start yelling about being lucid, and just quietly enjoy the fact that you just realized you're dreaming. See what happens

try sitting down and doing nothing. Just chill and relax. Focus on all the senses, how the ground feels, sounds. It will make the dream more stable, and vivid.
getting excited and freaking out makes dreams unstable, and you'll wake up

Our truest life is when we are in dreams awake

i get the same problem sometimes.. if i'm around people in my dream and then i realize i'm dreaming the people all act very different like they know that i just became aware. they will watch me to see what i do and i do the samething. somtimes its gets really wierd and they attack me.
Dripping time into a seed that grows into the world and sprouts a fruit that ripens into humans. They stretch up into the sky looking for purpose, wandering when and if their time has come. Realizing the potential they have, they select their paths which weave in and out to make the good and the bad, the pure and the corrupt...
