      How do I know if this dream character is my dream guide?

      There's this girl (who I haven't met irl) that keeps appearing in my dreams, is she my dream guide? She's only appeared in non-lucids so far (she was with me when I entered my second WILD but she disappeared before I could say anything so I dont think that counts ). During lucids, I always try to find her so I can ask her but I haven't managed to do it yet. When I do eventually see her in a lucid, am I just supposed to ask her to be my dream guide?

      Thanks in advance. =D

      EDIT: Is it possible to have more than one guide? Say I want Dr. House, Sheldon Cooper, or Spiderman to be my second DG, am I able to choose one of them as my second DG?

      If she's constantly there, she could be a dream guide. Yes, you can have as many dream guides as you want.

      The electric green is hard to read btw.

      The highlight function is your friend, ninja9578. A handful have mentioned it though so I'll consider opting for black if it gets on people's nerves.

      She could also be the anima as proposed by Jungian theory. That would be the feminine side of yourself attempting to be remembered and not neglected.
