      Dream guide?

Hello everyone I have a few questions to ask about a dream guide.

First - What exactly is a dream guide? What does "it" do for me?

Second - How might I go about finding my dream guide, and what might "it" look like?

Third - If I find my dream guide, will he appear in all of my lucids? I think thad be really cool, because it'd be like a new friend that you only hang out with in your dreams.

      -Thanks!

      1. He/she is somebody that aids you in your LD adventures in areas such as vividness, control, and the likes. They could also be a LD friend. Some people think it is your SC, some think it is a different spirit, some think... well... I forgot. Sorry.

      2. I have no idea. Ask around or actually take the time to find him/her yourself.

      3. No, not necessarily. They are usually summoned or appear by chance.

      I hope I helped!

I have heard of a DG before, In 2/3 of my lucids I look for him, shout for him, ask for him to be summoned, but nothing. lol

Oh, so you're that guy that had that weird experience, right? Like I said, just look for him, don't just shout for him and ask for him hoping for him to appear.

I'll try looking in places like why the hell would you be here type places, I.E: The shed in my back yard.

Do you think this might work?

try summoning a door and telling yourself that your dream guide will be behind the door, then open it and meet him/her.

Yah. I'll defiantly post my results. I hardly ever get lucid though so idk when it will be. At the moment I am trying to master the WILD technique because with that, I can LD every night.
Do you know much about WILD's?

No I've only done it a few times, and only successfully done it once. Try looking up some of the WILD guides they are pretty interesting to read and very helpful.

That's pretty common, .. When I was a beginner tackling the WILD technique was a pain.
