Relaxation Drinks - do they help dreaming?

I've recently started taking melatonin with Vitamin B6 again and had some crazy dreams which eventually tapered off and stopped. This got me interested in the lucid supplements once again and somehow I found these "Relaxation Drinks" (iChill, Drank, Dream Water, etc). When I taken a look at the list of ingredients, a lot of these drinks have Melatonin, 5HTP, Valerian and B Vitamins.

My question is - anyone had experience with drinks like these? Is their effect on sleep and dreaming worth the 2$ per can price tag?

PS. Another question - pill combinations make my stomach ache, are these drinks softer on the stomach? Any feedback is appreciated!
