      scary false awakening

Almost every night for two years I have been having the same dream if anyone could tell me what it means or how to overcome it that would be great.
I am at a party and there is always a guy I can never see his face or shape but I can feel him and his presence. People at the party see me leave and no one ever comes they all just sit back sometimes even laugh at my attempts to get away from this unknown man. He always drags me from the party into the woods and rapes me. Well after the man rapes me. I wake up and I am back in my room in a cold sweat and screaming, then some guy that I trust always comes in to comfort me. Whether it is a good friend or my boyfriend some one comes. I tell them about my dream and they say it is ok and lay down in my bed next to me but they become monsters... sometimes with multiple heads and other times covered in slime. Then I really wake up. And I have had fears of going to sleep ever since the fist dream.

Wow, thats very strange, *looks around for O'nus or Lucius*
Hmmm, they're the guys you'd wanna talk to. They are EXTREMELY good at interpreting things like this. I'm no good at it. Anything I would say would probably just make things worse. but I'll give it a whirl.

most nightmares are just unresolved conflicts . . . how is you relationship with your parents? Lol, j/k.

Seriously, maybe the unseen terror, could be some one or something in your life that you don't know about, but feel is wrong. and your peirs and siblings don't understand why you are concerned, and the conflist will eventually escelate to something very terrible.

And the false awakning might represent a close friend who might betray you.

I dunno, thats just what I see might be a cause. but if lucius or O'nus posts, take their word over mine.

eek, thats scary...i dunno about the first part, but after the false awakening is sounds like you have some sort of fear of your loved ones betraying you somehow...maybe a boyfriend hurt you in the past, or a sibling or someone like that, and you're subconciously afraid that something like that will happen again?

are you saying EVERY SINGLE NIGHT?!
this is pretty serious, maybe you should learn how to wake yourself up through lucidity.

a quick question-what kind of monsters, and how frequently are they the same, etc.

      That sounds really bad
I agree with Lowercase Society. Are you a lucid dreamer by any chance?
If not, it might help you!

Actually I used to be a huge lucid dreamer until this started. And as hard as this may be to beleive yeah I have this dream almost every night and I mean 5 to 6 times a week. As for the monsters there are about 10-15 monsters and it kind of rotates in a odd pattern. And once or twice a month the person that comes to comfort me becomes the rapist and it happens again then I get stuck in a cycle... those aren't good days when I finally wake up.

Tell you what, I'm going to take a stab at this.

Er, let's see. You're at a party. You are having a good time right now, but you know there is something bad lurking in your life that you know is there, but just don't know what it is (or don't want to tell people about it). As this man does take you away, and these people sometimes laugh at you, you could say you are under the false belief of being in good times. The fact this man is raping you perhaps shows that if you do not sort this out soon, it might leave an emotional scar upon your life. When you think you have solved the problem, and you are just about to relax, everybody else says it is okay, it isn't. You have to try and remove this problem even harder, otherwise you are going to just make it bigger and bigger (because of the monsters, you know), and people you trust might turn against you if you don't try.
