      Some Question, Been awhile!

Hello everyone, Just to let you know. I haven't lucid dream in so long. I remember only getting 20 before school/life really started hitting me, It's been almost a full YEAR. Since I even attempted LDing....

So I come to ask for help. For I HAVE FALLEN AND CANT GET UP!!!

Which I mean... How do I become more aware in my dreams to notice im dreaming?

I have great Dream recall, Even not writing in my DG, I can remember up to 4-5 Dreams a week.(one dream a night)

So I know I have good Recall. I been doing RC's for 4 days now. But The question is... How Do I BECOME MORE AWARE!?!?!?!

      TY FOR THE HELP!

Keep a dream journal, and try and find a common sign in your dream. Once you figured that out, try tying a RC to it. That way whenever you see/feel/etc your dream sign you'll do a RC and hopefully become lucid.

As for becoming aware, try some dream stability techniques. Otherwise you could lose lucidity as soon as you've gained it.

Yeah, the dream journal is really important. You might be able to have 4-5 per week now, but if you really try you can get closer to 4-5 per night!

As for actually LDing, you should pick a method and stick with it. Try reading over the tutorials here on DILDing, WILDing, MILDing, etc. and reread them until you completely understand what to do.

      Goodluck!

Just be more aware of your surroundings and RC at random times. DJ is also something you need though I'm a bit lazy writing in it.

How do I become more aware of my surrondings, when I do work and stuff I usially daydream a shit lot. I do have a DJ, but it's old from when I attempted to LD like last year, I manage to have a decent amount. But with work and school. I couldnt continue, now that I have the time again. I want to get back into it.

I can remember 1 dream a night, 4-5 a week. Sometimes if Im lucky I can remember 2 in 1 night, but only the end of the first one. And the rest of the second one.

I've been doing RC's randomly for 1 week now. I've been thinking about attempting to WILD. I did mange 1 Wild and it was fun. I need help on awareness.

I guess I can start writing my dreams down again, but I get lazy tbh. I don't really care as much to write down my boring dreams. And I still havent found my Dream Sign, even after having at least 40 dreams written down.

Just when your walking around in real life, just be aware of your surroundings. Look at stuff carefully, like when your looking for something you loss.

      1. Do reality checks maany times everyday.
      2. Look around, examine objects...
      3. When you go to Sleep, repeat something like "I WILL have a lucid-dream, I WILL have a lucid-dream..."
If you Do all of This everyday, there will be bigger chances of having a Lucid dream. Oh and you Could try meditation

So. I just have to stop daydreaming and just start paying attention to my surrondings then?
