the Zéo is a special dial made to help you understand your sleep and sleep better. I'm sure some of you have already hear about it. I think this device is very useful because it show you a graphic of your your telling you in what sleep stage you were in (REM included). I'd like to buy one and was hoping to get some advises comments... thanks, frederom.

I have a Zeo. I'd only recommend it as a program to improve your overall sleep quality, particularly if your sleep is very irregular. Using the Zeo helps you see the correlation between habits (good or bad) and the quality of sleep. Then you can work to change your habits so you can sleep better. The Zeo is less useful if your only goal is lucid dreaming. If you can afford it, it's an interesting curiosity.
