I have had something come to my attention lately that I am trying to figure out. I was seeing someone for a while, and everytime I would fall asleep at her house, I would have just the most crazy dreams usually with one or two false awakenings. These dreams only happened at her house (important part i think). Just recently, after a year of not sleeping there, I fell asleep at her house and had the same crazy dreams I used to have. I didn't have any dreams like this during that year off. Usually at least one or two of the dream "worlds" would always involve a car accident that would bring me up a dream level. And usually the next dream "world" would be us in her bed as if it was real. Any ideas of why this could be happening?

maybe you have a sub conscious connection to this place, so when your there something in you sub conscious clicks and you get these dreams. But other then that I have no clue. Maybe you ate something there that is different then at your place. Certain foods can cause some "odd" dreams.

I had a very similar experience to this but I knew what the cause was. I always sleep with a fan at home, but when I stayed with this one girl in particular I had really bad nightmares and intense scary false awakenings.. I eventually discovered it had something to do with the silence in the environment of her place... and I never had that at home.. The silence was unusual so I woke up, or became lucid many times over, and it was always these frightening scenarios... After I got a fan for her place, i slept great lol
