Okay so yesterday I was laying down, I was tired was up for school at 7am, pretty tiring shit, went to sleep that night around 4:00 AM So it was was 22 hours of being awake, not bad, haha. Anyhow, I decided to lay down. Okay when I layed down I just decided to stay very still, and I began to feel after (It felt like only 10-15 minutes) that my body was beginning to feel like my Legs/Arms/Hands was falling asleep, my lips began to get real dry, and I couldn't resist to not dampen them due to the fact it was irritating, I was breathing slowly out of my mouth, now, I want to make this very clear, I was indeed very tired, so what I did was stuck my arm up in the air and held it up untill I began to feel as if I was gonna fall asleep, and I let everything happen but I told myself "I need to focus now, I will pretend that I am going to fall asleep" I held my position very still and I continued. My legs, hands, teeth started rapidly moving, my teeth were chittering, and my legs and hands were spazzing out, Like so bad that I almost thought I was having a seizure (Yes, it was that bad). I could still move my legs and body if I really wanted to, but it was a little tougher, nothing to bad however, I then procceeded to stop for a couple minutes while I went pee, I came back did the same thing, different results, I didn't have the chattering, shaking this time, but now I kinda was relaxed, so after this I kinda said "Okay its probably only 30 minutes I been doing this, lets get back up and do something else", I look at the clock and it says 7:45 AM, it was like I went to sleep for 3 hours... Any ideas? Was I close to sleep paralysis?
More info: As I was shaking it felt as if my legs were trying to expand as far as possible out, like it was trying to spread my legs out straight.
