Hi Matt again i was asking what would be the most affective or quick technique to do because when i go to sleep is it takes me like till 1:30 am to get to bed and then when i do finally get to bed my dream is blurry until i get awoken by my alarm clock at 7:00am then go back to bed the time i go back to bed i actually start to dream and when i do i write it in my dream journal but i can never remember 1 fragment of the story weather it be start middle or end like for instance the dream i just woke up from i was like in my computer for some reason doing this hot air balloon thing i recognized only 1 person in that and it wasn't only a hot air balloon thing i just couldn't remember the start or middle thats why i need help what can i do to improve my sleeping and remembering and yes Ive tried i will remember my dream that doesn't work for me so yeah do you reccomend any techniques Senceriouly MatthewB
