Probably not a good idea to have something this complex as the goal for your first LD, mainly because you're very likely to be disappointed. It's not just you, but I see a lot of people on this forum with unrealistic goals, and I think this creates a negative feedback loop: we fail the unrealistic goal we've set, then blame it on ourselves - consciously or not. The key is to start small, and build up from there. And, of course, practice practice practice.

Yeah, you need to familiarise yourself with LDing, and learn to control things and keep things stable. Then you can gradually move on to bigger things, and have more fun.
