Don't rush into it. |

So I've had times, only two times before but times, when I lucid dreamt. There was this one time when I was little and I always had nightmares. I asked my mother (this is when I was little) how to make them leave. I followed her advice in my dream, so at least I had some awareness of my dream. Now that I know about lucid dreams, I was able to once acheive it. It was cool, but I realized that I wasn't completely lucid, and I can't have a lucid dream again. |

Lucid dreaming takes time to get into if you're not used to it. The most common way to get into a lucid dream is through reality checks; This is the simplest way to get them randomly on top of the times you actually do a certain technique to get them on a particular night (Results may vary, of course). The basic idea is, on top of the other techniques, to perform reality checks during the day to increase the chances you'll do one during your dreams. Of course, doing them randomly probably won't get you anywhere. Heres a short rundown: |
