Am I the only one immature enough to need to stifle a laugh whenever someone mentions how they got boner? |

Really? I thought that I would just sit there all night in my paranoia but what is with my eyelids flipping so fast? |

I'm not sure, some people seem to think that's you entering REM sleep, although it might even just be another hallucination. But yeah, those sounds can be pretty creepy. A few nights ago it felt as if someone was sawing through the bottom of my bed, and it was incredibly realistic, I even thought it might have been my cat scratching or something before I realised it was an hallucination. |

That is all perfectly normal. It is actually pretty common for people to get freaked out about sleep paralysis if they don't know what it is, or the first time they are trying stuff like this. The more intense the feelings are, the closer you are to dreaming. |

maybe you were in REM (rapid eye movement) hence the rapid movement of your eyes. |
