Was this Lucid Dreaming? Voices?

Okay my first question to ask was this a Dream Inside a dream? Was I dreaming that it was a Sleep Paralysis attempt or maybe this was true shit? Alright so I go to sleep, I layed down, I went to sleep nothing important here, but I had this dream that I was helping this guy on a forum called MMOwned setup a Private WoW server and I was gonna develop/program the server for him, afterwards this is where I THINK I woke up, and it has happened before that I woke up and I stood very still but I didn't get these results last time. Anyhow I layed still for maybe like a second after I woke up, not even and all of a sudden VIBRATIONS up the ass (not literally) I could feel a swoop like it was lowering through my body and then I was like "Shit where I am? Is it the weekend or is it the weekday? I cant do this on the weekday I HAVE SCHOOL?!" I quickly realized where I really was and I stopped the sensation. After this I got up my back extremely felt weird, my chest kinda hurt? I was sleeping on my side, and for some reason I REMEMBER exactly how I was sleeping, its kinda of fucked up? Like its almost like I seen how I was sleep, which makes me believe possibly a dream? Or maybe I just seen myself when I woke up and look at my legs or something, I had my arms under a pill and I was laying on my side with one foot stretched out and another in a triangle shape. After I got out of the SP wave, I began to feel it quickly fade and then I was in the stage where if I lay still for like 20 minutes my arms get all tight and shit and my fingers move slowly, it was weird, I guess I mainly stopped the OBE though because I was scared and didn't want to do it if it was like 4 am and I started seeing shit.

It actually sounds like you woke up, and was experiencing sleep paralysis and was about to go back into another dream. Had you just relaxed and gone with it, you probably would of went straight into a new dream.

Well its hard when I need to wake up in 10 minutes from the time this was happening, but no at the point of this I had no clue what time it was, I am getting better at staying still when I wake up.

It actually sounds like you woke up, and was experiencing sleep paralysis and was about to go back into another dream. Had you just relaxed and gone with it, you probably would of went straight into a new dream. Had you relaxed and gone with it, you would have WILDed and entered a Lucid Dream. Lucky

We can all benefit here from this. I am getting closer, less varied success result, this is good. I had a really blank mind, it was weird, I just kinda woke up, I didn't think I was up thought, like I thought I was just in a dream? Maybe it was at night and I woke up in morning, holy shit this can be confusing?

This might have been a False Awakening? Not sure? EDIT: Ya this has to be... Because I dont remember how I could of seen my body, or remembered my position, yep this I believe is deffinately a false awakening, what brung me to this conclusion is the next night after this I remember in this "dream" that I had my arms spread out all the way and my pillow was all the way to the the end of the bed (well usaully when I go to sleep I sleep on inside with pillow on far end of the bed). So maybe this wasn't a SP case?
