WILD - Sever vibrations along with loud buzzing!

Hello all! I recently found this forum and am new to it; haha!

I recently started having all of these dreams (or part of dreams) where I am vibrating crazily. Accompanied with the vibrations, there is a LOUD buzzing noise; it is so loud I can't even think straight. The vibrations literally feel like they are tearing me apart.

One dream example of mine: I was laying in my bed, then buzzing started. I moved my hands up in the air and then I was paralyzed. Then the vibrations started along with flickering lights. I woke up thinking that I had a seizure.

So, I did some research and discovered that this is part of the WILD technique. After reading about LD'ing it intrigues me very much, and now I am curious.

Is it possible to not have such a severe transition in the WILD technique as I do?

And also, is lucid dreaming sometimes more vivid than reality?

I still have strange experiences in this in-between state, some more intense than others. Alot of times I feel like somthing is climbing on the bed but instead of getting nervous remember that you can go out and explore when this starts happening. Its a good sign.

Ive had LDs more vivid than "normal waking" experiences but Ive also had "normal waking experiences " more vivid than LDs. For me the emotional content of my dreams can by far out weigh anything waking has to offer though.

Do you have to wait until the vibrations pass until you can start exploring?

Emotions in dreams are crazy! In my dreams, taste and emotion are the most vivid. Hahaha xD Once I ate a rotten sandwich in one Not a good idea

Sorry about that I meant to type "severe".

Is there a way I can change the title?

I guess It depends on wether you stay focused on the "vibrations" or not. I never realy thought about it I just start trying to get out. Youll have to forgive me a bit, I have a hard time separating Lucid dreaming from Astral projection and when the vibrations start I just start trying to getting out of my body. Some times I will project my self to a location of my choosing and start exploring the dream world but other times I just try getting out and walking around the house. Eather way for me the two seem to merge.

I learned to Lucid dream before AP and I never felt Vibrations in those days, just alot of false awakenings. For me the vibrations started when I started trying AP. I guess because it took me a while before I could wake up while my body slept without dreaming.

A rotten sandwich: thats funny, don't think ive ever done that.

i've had what you describe happen to me many times. for whatever resaon, i was surprised at first but since i am alread a tantric practicioner and used to surrendering to sensation, i at least knew how to "go with the flow".... in fact, i had to train myself to go into WILD because i enjoyed the HH part of the process so much when it would happen.

as to how to manage it? i've never seen rhyme nor reason as to why sometimes and not others, you get this stuff...

i have tried AP from here, too, but haven't quite made the leap. maybe i was just plain having too much fun!

well, i will keep trying to LD and AP when i get this, but will "win" whatever happens. i think that's the best attitude.

Am I dreaming? Do a Reality Check. Is this is a dream?

I've read about these vibrations from Robert Monroe. I've never had them before. But I have had many lucid dreams and WILDs. I guess it depends on the individual.

      Not really, well sort of.

But i enjoy it at the same time for some reason.

It is not scary if you know what it is.

      Loud buzzsaw vibrations

I just woke up and the most realistic dream I have ever had. Im shaken to my very core and the dream made me feel like it was my reality and this is now just a dream.

Lately I have been intrigued by the effects and workings of the pineal gland. Before bed I sometimes put on headphones and listen to some frequency's that are supposed to stimulate your pineal gland such as 528hz hums. I have had a few lucid dreams before but nothing like this.

I was sleeping next to my girlfriend in bed and began to hear what I can only describe as a loud buzzsaw. It kept slowly increasing in volume until it was soo loud it was driving me crazy. I mean it was louder and I was experiencing it's volume so loud that in the real world it surely would have blown my eardrums out. I was running around my house ripping things off the walls and screaming for my girlfriend to turn the lights on. The buzzing kept getting louder and I felt my soul being ripped apart. I was running around my house so convinced and sure that this was real. At one point I vomitted in my dream and tripped over my small dog. When I tripped I fell forward and kept falling forward at a 90 degree angle. Almost as if the earths gravity had shifted forward. At that point my existence shattered into over a trillion pieces and I was aware of every particle in it of itself.

I woke up after a minute and was shaken to my very core. I was able to fall back asleep after 10 minutes and had another extremely lucid vivid dream. This time the buzzing came back but not as intense. OMG I can't even continue typing. I am fully convinced now that when we sleep our souls truly are free from our bodies to explore the universe which exists in eternity as well as our consciesness. I know this might sound like a lot of hippy new age stuff but that is not my personality at all. Ill have to post the rest of this dream later.
