Question Absolutely amazing night. Question about..WILDS?

Hi there, had a great night. Had about an 8+ dream recall and at least 2 lucids. I's 9.30 AM, I slept at about 11pm. Just one question though on lucid dreaming, especially WILDS.

In the middle of the night, I think I accidently WILDed. I'm wondering if this is a wild:

I'm lying in my bed. Next thing I know, I feel that I'm standing. Then I'm lying down. I look at my radiator on the other side of my bed, by my feet. I notice it has significantly moved and looks strange. Then I turn around. Pitch black. Utter darkness. I just don't know what's going on, and try to wake up. I TRY TO OPEN MY EYES - I CAN'T. But when I think of my real body, I get back into my real body, and can move it. I close my eyes again and get straight back into this pitch black place, standing in what I think should be my room. I consider just jumping forward, hoping I'm lucid, but I resist this urge, with the doubt that if I'm not dreaming, I'm going to get hurt like an idiot. Edit: Also, I tried screaming 'DAD!' but I didn't hear anything come out of my mouth. I manage to get back into my real body again, and then end up sleeping as per normal. Possibly, this was a dream I had before I got a lucid dream - where I got lucid by checking my watch, (DILD).

can anyone tell me what I had experienced, and if i do experience this, what I should do next time?

      Thank you!

Yeah it seems to me you WILD'ed by accident. Also you should incorporate some RC's into your life. If you do a RC and it fails, you will be 100% sure you can do anything and there will be no doubt. Don't be afraid of the dreamstate and what comes with it. Sleep paralysis, nightmares and hallucinations. They are all just amazing experiences, and completely harmless. That's how I look at it, and sadly I'm having less and less of those just because I want to have them.

Next time, don't chicken out! Good luck man!

Forgot to say: did a nose plug as well and it tested that it was a dream.
      I just..still was really confused.
Is that even lucid? Does it count as an LD?

      and thanks for the support

it could count as a lucid, i mean you weren't 100% sure you were dreaming but you were. this has happened to me before where i was dreaming i was in my house and an odd chain of events occured so i did a nose plug. i could still breath even with my nose plugged but i didn't even pay attention to this until i did it a couple more times just to be sure and finally i realized i was dreaming. just like matte87 said, you can't be harmed in a dream so try not to be unsure or scared of something. Keep telling yourself its a dream
