Stress is bad for recall and lucid dreaming. If you push yourself too much, you might aswell get lucid less. Some people need a break once and a while. Without the constant pressure of "needing" a lucid, they seem to happen easier. I on the other hand, have an easier time getting lucid the harder I try, but it wasn't after a two month break that I started having them frequently. It's all individual. |
