My suggestion would be to remain calm, I think its your excitement that's doing it. Once you become lucid you need to have a clear mind and just look around and walk slowly..Then I would feel the street, walls anything with texture and focus my vision on a certain thing to get better details so the dream isn't so unstable. If this doesn't work I would start to meditate and go into a deep relax before I go asleep to see if that helps. Hope this information isn't too useless. I would also advise from doing anything drastic at first to stabilize the dream. |

the best advice I can giveis to use commands such as clarity now increase vividness, stabilise dream. That's how I learned to do it anyway |
