Dream ends, cant get back to sleep.

this has happened to be 2ce, only in lds. it happens when i try to do something that dosent agree with my mind, such as trying to make a underground tunnel out of pure will, or scale a smooth wall. this is my absolute worst enemys, because it eliminates any possiblility of DEILD. essentially, i will wake up in an instant. no time to stabalize, its just gone. it dosent even go black it is grey (maybe it was bright out but i dont think so.) and these are all dreams i remember having good clarity and moderate controll. after i wake up instantly, thats it, im up. it feels like ive been up for hours, there is not one bit of me that is tired, my mind is fully awake and any attempt at WILD, DEILD,FILD, or even just going back to sleep normally will fail. anyone know what this is?

Maybe your waking up in a lighter sleep sage? I have read things like if you wake up during a light sleep phase then you wont even feel tired at all. This is why sometimes we wake up in the morning and we feel to awake to fall back asleep.

If they wake you up why don't you just avoid them? Instead of just making a tunnel blast through and make one. Instead of scaling the wall just fly up.

I think it would benefit you to learn your sleep schedule and unused alarm to wake you up accordingly.
