Dr. Ann Faraday's "Dream Power", comes in and out of print. You can get it used. A venerable old book on Dreaming with a few pages on Lucid Dreaming, but the book is great for working on the Intensity and Importance of your Dreams. Quality in dreams is sometimes better than mere control. |

DT007, the following are books that I have read that have to do with lucid dreaming aside from LaBerge's book. |

I would also reccomend the Tibetan Book of Living and Dying, by Sogyal Rinpoche. It is not directly about lucid dreaming, but I found it useful in inspiring high-quality lucid dreams. It's an international bestseller, so you should have no trouble finding it. |

It is important that we do not judge these few unbiased moments of our lives, but take them as they are. There is no nightmare for the lucid dreamer, nor no shadows on the mind.
