      Waking sleep paralysis

Some guy on youtube explained how to do waking sleep paralysis. But im not sure if im doing it right. I lay completely still until it feels like a heavy blanked is being laid over me. But after that, i don't fall asleep, my body is just kinda numb. what do i do? wait longer? im not sure how to go into a lucid dream or O.B.E.

roll over. If you're actually paralyzed your dream body or whatever you want to call it will roll out of your physical body.

There is so much information on this site that you want to read before trying this.

Basically you want to wait without moving for at least twenty minutes. At the point where your body thinks it's fallen asleep you will enter (generally) a lucid dream. Your body might also do some test such as giving you an erg to roll over or itch your nose. DONT give in! Some people say that you can even feel the sedation flow over your body like a wave
      Lucid Goals

      Short term
convince a dc they're in a dream, get high, go swimming

      Long Term
have a deild, continue a relationship, stop time

yeh i have that sensation to, and then after a while it sounds like a train rushes by and that i get elektrecuted,, not painfully but you feel a buz. From the video i understoond that after that point you are lucid, but i couldn't get out of my body ill try the roll over technique. thx
