Thread: What was this?

Hey, I haven't posted here for ever but I had something strange happen to me this morning which has rekindled my love of lucid dreaming even though I don't know what it was and I was hoping that somebody could enlighten me as to what it was.

I had a pretty long night of dreaming and I woke up, went back to sleep but I was lucid, I could feel everything going on in the dream even though it was a bit dark and I was also aware of my sleeping body yet I wasn't in sleep paralysis because I could easily move if I wanted. I even woke up several times and just went back into it and it must have carried on for about half an hour - an hour but not in sleep paralysis still... Is this DEILD or something else?

If you weren't moving when you would wake up and renter sleep, then you were probably having a deild. Another sign would be that you reentered the same dream.
