Thread: Hello all

Hi guys i just joined this site. I have had lucid dreams randomly throughout my life and through meditation ive been able to induce the vibrational state apparently required for obe twice. But last night i became lucid in my dream for a bit before coming out of it. But when i came out of it i went straight into the vibrational state complete with intense energy flows and deafening ringing in my ears, has anyone else had this transition before?

Thanks for any input in advance, im still new to most of this and would love to learn how to induce a lucid dream or consciously have an OBE.
