      Close to sleep paralysis?

Hey there. I just, 15 mins ago, decided to try to WILD. I was listening to music (I thought, it wouldnt only help me stay awake, I could also take it as a time reference, 2 songs -> 7 mins and bit more, thats what it takes in average to fall asleep).
Its me third attempt, none of my past attempts were succesfull. But this time, I started feeling different when I reached the third song. I kind of started feeling a bit colder, and a weird feeling I probably couldn't explain; point is, I noticed tgerr was something different. I was cool with it, until I started to feel like I was spinning, all this with my eyes closed. This kind of excited me at first, but then I felt like I started spinning faster, and faster. It ended being scary, but I was still willing to keep on going, until the spinning was insane and it started randomly changing direction violently. I felt like what you fastly move your head from right to left while headbanging. I freaked out, and opened my eyes. I am still shaking a bit, and I'm bit scared.
What went wrong? Is it normal, or common? Can I avoid feeling like I spin?

      Thanks so much.

Mm...I don't think it's possible to avoid the spinning sensation. Just remind yourself that you're not actually spinning - you're just hallucinating, and experiencing hallucinations are a key part to entering SP for most people. It's both normal AND common. It's nothing to worry about at all! Just relax. Good luck with WILDing in the future (perhaps considering DILDing instead, no hallucinations there).

Thanks I didn't thought spinning could
be an hallucination (I mean, it obviously wasn't real, but I thought hallucinations were only
seeing figures). Once I start dreaming, will this sensation be gone?

There are many different kinds of hallucinations. Hearing things is another.

Yes, once you start dreaming, the sensation should be gone. Perhaps there's a very slim chance that it'll carry over into a dream if you're lucid - if this happens, just convince yourself that you're not actually spinning and it should stop, as if you're lucid, you should have full control over all of your senses.
