I've decided to hit the books pretty hard this time.
I've started a dream journal with a description, note, analysis and conclusion section. The reason I did this is because often times I would write down my dream and have some "I just woke up" analysis inserted into the story. It became hard to read the journal later.
I also have a day-time section to cross check my dreams with my real life experiences. For instance, on my first day I found a really interesting corelation between what happened in my dream and what happened in real life. This time was minor, I've had bigger ones.
Also, I've always found WILDing difficult. It feels impossible to maintain awareness. My head just starts to stream video if you will. Next thing I know I'm contemplating something unrelated to reality.
However, this is where my question comes in. The only time I'm able to do anything near lucidity is when my eyelids "go away". I begin to be able to see through my eyelids. Sometimes I see my surroundings, sometimes I have an inate sense of an object in front of me that might as well be viewable. Is that a WILD? Could I use that induce lucidity? it usually happens during a nap or when I'm waking up.
