      Question waking up by hyperventilation?

      so i realized that im dreaming and sudenly started breathing really fast and woke up! another one : realizing im dreaming black hole appears im starting to fall and the same thing occurs! am just a panicing type or is this a disorder? it doesnt happen with nonlucids though.

      Are they your first attempts in LDing? Some of your first LD's may end prematurely by excitement.

      yeah, after thinking about it, thats true. i didnt get a lucid in a long time, and if, it was a crappy one. but its kinda annoing, because my body did it on its own.
      its good that you can write things down, it helps even if noone answers! thanks for one, anyway.
      isnt it a good way to forcibly wake up, when you have to ?

      Don't worry, with experience the excitement wears off hopefully. Just remember to practice consistently. Oh and if you DILD keep a dream journal and read the ADA (All Day Awareness) tutorial by KingYoshi. It will help you have more LD's. If your choice is WILD's then I can't help you because I have no experience on that.
