how to get dreaming after a dry spell

in the last 6 days i wasnt remembering my dreams wutsoever. someone called this a dry spell wut finally worked 4 me on the 7th night is thinking about having a random dream and giving your mind a break for a few nights. its no fun allways knowing wut youll dream about and a random one is usually better than noone at all. writeback if this works or if u have other ideas.

I had a dryspell that lasted 5-6 days once. They will come back to you. If you want to speed up the process, then take a REM rebound day. If you sleep more than usual the day after, I guarantee you will dream something. Good luck!
