Question Using Melatonin to help sleep?

Hey im sure this has been asked many times before ...but I've heard melatonin can be usefull while trying to LD or OBE because it helps restful sleep..but I have also heard it can make dreams fuzy and should not be used at all. What are your thoughts and views?? Thankss

I personally think that it's cheating. Their are people here that work hard for a true LD. Also i personally don't like taking drugs.

Yea you maybe right...I work hard tho by doing countless hours of reading and reality checks and reading a LD book before bed..I've been trying several techniques like keeping a dream journal and waking my self up at 6am to try and WILd....nothing seems to be working...im sure if I keep at it ill be successful though
