This worked for me, it doesn't take much time. Do a WBTB. just drink alot of water before you go to bed. When you wake up around 2 or 3, go bathroom get a drink of water. And before you fall asleep just relax yourself and think, " I will lucid dream, I will lucid dream". all your thoughts during the wake up have to be about lucid dreaming. Try that a couple times and see if it works. |
