      Unhappy Dream recall issue

      I'm about 1week into trying to LD and have remembered 5 dreams. But when I can recall them, it's when im watching it happen in front of me, and I wake up after it. Does anyone else have this issue? How can I naturally wake up after.a.dream so I can remember it?

      Also, does everyone else remember dreams by watching them? Because I see the dreams vividly just don't know im dreaming, im hoping I can have this happen again so I can LD..

      Could you explain more clearly what you mean by "watching it happen in front of you?"
      You can try to focusing your mind the previous night by repeating a mantra like "I lucid dream" as many times as possible. Afterwards just fall asleep naturally and hope that your mind will do all the work for you. Thats about as much help as anyone can give regarding dream recall.

      How do you personally remember your dreams, do u just have the thought or did u see the dream that night

      I dunno I suppose I have good visual memory or something. When I'm remembering a dream I just see it like a movie.
