      Lucid Question

Why is it that when most people have their first lucid dream or first one in a long time, have almost no control and easily forget that they are dreaming? Keep in mind that most of the time they are well informed and know what they should be doing to keep lucidity and gain control. Like RCs and line of questioning.

they aren't used to it. and they are just trying to get back into it because they haven't done it in a long time.

Pretty much what he said. They don't really know what to expect, so it feels foreign to them. Also they probably forget to stabilize it.

      Hope it helps

Ya, unless you've had great control in the past, a new lucid after a long break can be challenging.

What are some of the best ways to stabalize? Is it just as simple as performing RCs?
