Try looking up pornographic images, something that will turn you on. Load up on this before going to bed. I think this technique is called dream induction. I have noticed a correlation of looking up porn, not masturbating, then going to sleep and having "happy dreams".

Edit: More Ideas. Try abstaining from masturbation as long as possible (tough when looking at nightly pornography). If you do not do it, your body may try to send you a signal in your dream that you should.

I've heard that if you have a full bladder the body has to deal with it somehow. And it deals with it through wet dreams. I am not sure, but I think it's commonly known. Perhaps it's and outdated theory. I think it's a Jung theory.

What you speak of is semen. When I think wet, I think fluid, and something with a viscosity like water, something absorbable. Technically semen is a fluid, but it's sticky. If you put a towel (or Kleenex) over semen, it doesn't really absorb like a female's ejaculation (or anything they release) would.

That's why I like to create a distinction, even though semen is a fluid.

Basically, for a man, a wet dream is where he ejaculates in his sleep. This ejaculation is brought on by a dream. This is commonly known as a wet dream.

Based on this general term, to achieve a wet dream simply don't masturbate for a few days. Then one will occur.

I don't believe exessive drinking will cause you to have a wet dream.

Actually, I honestly don't know how somebody can even get drowsy and fall asleep if one goes to the lengths of stirring one's self up sexually first. Unresolved sexual arousal is NOT relaxing. Perhaps the one advantage to being an old man is that this issue scarcely arises anymore and so it is no longer a problem.
