      Real Life Fear?

      im not at the stage of LD yet but i was wondering if i got there and spent some time with spiders could that help my fear of them in real life?

      Probably, I'm trying to do that with spiders too. I try to imagine them as little cute dogs instead of black, hairy leggy things. I actually managed to get one on toilet paper and threw it out the window instead of showering it down the plug hole

      I guess the only way to get over a fear is to face it
