      Question What do you do?

what do you do to keep yourself aware of dreams?

i have kept a DJ, do RC's, try to think about lucid dreaming as often as i can and started wearing my watch again for RC reminder every hour.

      whats your ways?

I do most of the things you do, I also touch things and pay attention to how they feel. In my dreams, things seem to feel a bit duller than in real life, especially pain. I actually have a reality check where I slap myself across the face lol, although sometimes in the dream it feels kind of real, and confuses me... but in retrospect it was definitely duller than actually slapping myself in the face with full force. But I just kind of reach out and touch things throughout my day, I push on them and pay special attention to real physics so that way if I do it in my dream and something abnormal happens, it will trigger lucidity most of the time.

Tell my mom about what I've dreamt about every morning. React to whatever that throws at me every night. That's all I did.

      Goals:
      1. Attacking my enemies instead of running away from them~ Ultimately taking control of my dream situation.
      2. Remember that I can always summon a shield around me to protect myself in dreams. No need to fear!

ADA helps in soooo many ways. Not just towards Lucid Dreaming, but in Waking Life too...
