      First Lucid!!

Well, it's actually my third, but it's my first since discovering and involving myself in the development of my dreaming skills. It only lasted for a minute or so, but I was able to materialize and enjoy a bit from a delicious red apple. So that was cool.

Quick question: I realized the dream was destabilizing but I couldn't remember to spin or rub my hands. Any tips on reinforcing those techniques in Dreamland?

If you're aware then the only thing stopping you from remember to do stabilization techniques is yourself. I've heard it gets better with practice. Don't worry though, first LDs are short on average. Congrats on your first!

You have had your first- the rest roll in now. People always have one, then the next in a week or so, then in half a week, etc etc, with practice of course. You can't just kick back and relax.

About remembering to spin.. well after a few failures with that aspect, you will eventually just realize it in a dream. You wanted lucidity so bad up until you got one, and now you want to keep them going really bad. It can only end one way.
