Well, I had full-on SP for the first time last night without even trying (my previous SP experiences were simply an inability to move briefly upon waking up). I was watching TV, and it went to commercials so I started to doze off. Just before I fell asleep, the program came back up, which woke me up a little--and I noticed the shape of a female-zombie thing in dark, dark pink shuffling towards me. At first I started to say something, but I felt this immense pressure on my chest--and right then I knew it was SP and I freaked out (in a good way though--I was excited!) which subsequently caused the SP to end and the hallucination to fade (and the pressure). It was an awesome experience, not at all scary as many have painted it to be. In all it lasted about 3 seconds, but my heart rate stayed pretty high from the adrenaline rush.
The funny thing about the pressure on my chest during this brief exchange, is that I was laying on my side, and nothing was touching my back--I only felt the pressure on my chest, as if the force did not travel through me. (Hmm, this is hard to explain.) Well, if something was to ordinarily push on you, the force would be felt at both ends--your chest and your back, because it would force your back backwards. This wasn't the case during my SP experience. Just thought it was interesting.
Thanks for reading, just wanted to share this here.
