      Dry Spell, need help.

      I think we've all experienced a dry spell or two in our dream recall, and now I guess it's my turn. Please, are there any techniques on breaking the dry spells? Or do I just have to let it blow over? Any help is much appreciated.

      P.S. It appears to be close to end of my dry spell, as I can remember a dream I had last night.

      Usually a dry spell will end after a while. There are things you can do to end one faster. Have you been sleeping much? I find that sleeping in allows me to recall some dreams and kick start my recall again. Try to sleep at least 8 hours a night and journal as soon as you wake up when you do recall a dream.

      Just keep following the suggestions in this tutorial, and remember to have confidence that you will remember your dreams. It also helps to tell yourself: I will remember my dreams in vivid detail before you go to bed.
