Thumbs up Find the reason for learn lucid dreaming

      Hello everybody!
I just want to say, knowing why you want something, is a powerful tool, for learning to LD. Why do you want to learn LD? Do you want to know something more about yourself? Or do you simply want to be in an adventure every night? Knowing why?, does give the subconscious mind power to complete the ability of being lucid in dreams. Think about that...

      Wish you all lucid journeys!

Because it's cheaper then drugs, and I can't fail a drug test doing it.
Pls be patient and stop losing your mind!

Hm... well for me it's just a skill to learn. It's not something you can buy or just pop a pill and have a lucid every night. It's like a hobby and something to work on, even if it is annoying how long and difficult the process can be.

I learn it for the adventures and possibilities and all the mental benefit stuff. Plus it's something to do in the normally wasted time we spend sleeping.

Because becoming good at lucid dreaming is a license to do whatever I please. There's nothing like the feeling of complete and utter freedom that rushes over me when I become aware that I'm dreaming. Everything I can do while awake--I have instant access to in a dream, not to mention of all the new experiences I don't have access to while awake. The experiences are just as realistic. The only issue for me right now is stability and consistency, which is improving as I practice.

It's like being at work doing paperwork and then realizing all of a sudden that all of the real-world rules no longer apply. I can go fly outside the office, explore, experiment, have sex, etc. all in a safe environment, free from consequences. To me, that's pretty cool.

Im trying to use lucid dreaming to get over some anxieties but also because of the freedom. And the freedom I believe will help me in real life. Its a chance to be someone you aren't or want to be in real life. You can visit your favorite movie characters and go to their world. There are endless amount of ideas and like others have said, its free.
Every passing minute is another chance to turn it all around.
