REM time to DEILD or timer method?

I need to wake up in the middle or at the time my REM cycle has just started.I fi for example fall asleep at 12 AM , when should i set my timer to DEILD.Is it 4:30 AM ? This is when the next REM period starts , right? I want to wake up in REM because otherwise i won't be able to fall back asleep..I know REM cycles may be different for different people , but could you tell me the most common time?
