      Each time i drink alcohol I get a Lucid Dream

      Sup guys

      I was just wondering cuz isn't Alcohol supposed to decrease chances to get a lucid dream. But it's the third time now. although i don't drink that much only a couple of beers.Besides I usually don't have lucid dreams since i do not deal with lucid dreaming that much. btw all of them were suddenly induced like i just knew that i am dreaming.

      so my question is if this is usual and why does it still work.

      I've had similar experiences. I don't drink much but this past year have been going out after work with some friends for a few. When I get home I crash for a few hours and have had lucid dreams without intending to. I don't know why it works. I was thinking that it might be because I'm so relaxed. I've had spontaneous lucid dreams from doing yoga and meditating deeply before I go to bed too.
