I had almost given up on Lucid Dreaming. I could hardly understand the WILD tutorials or any other ones for that matter. Until one day (like 3 days ago) My mom woke me up early, so i could get used to school schedule. I went down stairs and nearly fell asleep on my chair, i was really hungry and wanted to go upstairs and get breakfast. but i went straight from my chair onto my couch and was very comfortable. Within 5 minutes i was in SP. in m excitement i snapped out of it. I layed back down and went back into SP it felt like i couldn't breathe, so i broke myself out again. but the third time, i kept calm and fell asleep in my lucid dream. I was a happy guy. I heard that afternoon naps were the best time to LD but i had no clue that it would be this easy, though i figure it was more like a WBTB i usually slept until 2-3 hours after i was woken. I didnt even need to WILD to get into SP, and i had taken no CeleaZ. So, i figure when school starts Ill set an alarm around 3AM (i fall asleep around 1 at the latest on school days let me know if i should adjust the time) take a Celea Capsule, and WILD. I should get into SP Correct? And my Celea will help with the dream?
