when I tried practicing KingYoshi's ADA technique it didn't actually help me become lucid but it did seem to make my dreams more clear. Have you checked that out? I think I recall a few others having similar effects. |

All of my lucid dreams are very clear and I feel like I'm actually there. When it comes to my normal dreams though, they are just like visualizing something while closing your eyes, the only difference is that I'm not visualizing. How could I improve my normal dream clarity? Other than just recording in my dream journal, I'm doing that now, but only for like a couple of weeks so far. |

I would say the main factor for dream clarity is dream recall, other factors could be amount of sleep, going to bed at at the same time (that's a good thing). |

I have multivitamins and it says it has b6 and b12 vitamins, is that good? |
