      Question astral projection?

      has anyone here successfully astral projected? can u tell me some thing? were u able to just walk around and see real people? like if i when on the astral plane and found myself as a spirit in my room could i walk to the next room and see my dog? if i desided to walk around outside on the street can i walk passed real people? or just spirits and other people in the astral plane? thx

      I have experience with AP. What I found was there there are real people in realms of spirit that are more wakeful than physical life. I don't have any experience trying to AP to the physical plane though.
