      Yet another...sleep paralysis!

      The sleep paralysis i'm gonna talk about is the one u'll feel when u're doing the WILD technique. ok...so i heard sleep paralysis can be pretty scary, hearing voices, seeing things, and those funny buzzing, vibrating sensation. But...other than those, can you guys feel anything else while doing the WILD technique ONLY?

      For example, i read some in some book:

      - One woman felt someone sleeping beside her on her bed.
      - Another person saw and felt someone kissing her neck.
      - Everytime her husband goes to work, he kisses her and she says "goodbye." But one time she felt him kiss twice, she looked up and saw a faceless guy.
      - My mom felt someone throwing her around the room.

      I mean "feel" as in really feel. Someone touching you type of feeling....

      Yes.... FRUSTRATION!!

      Well, once I felt like I was being electricuted - this was before I knew what sleep paralysis was. I think what really happened is that I must have gotten a cramp while trying to break the paralysis by stretching. My mind associated that feeling with being shocked and made me "hear" a buzzing sound like electricity.
