      Lucid Nightmare

Last night I was reading a few threads on here. I like to refresh myself on the beginners guides that people have made, some fascinating stuff. I find that, as my interest peaks I have a lucid dream that same night, so I purposely spent a lot of time reading. I found myself interested in lucid nightmares and thought to myself, if I was in a LD and it became a nightmare, I would know i'm dreaming so it wouldn't be a problem . .right? No !! LAst night I was dreaming I was going down a huge stair case, like a fire escape, it was very dark but there was a light below me so that's why I was continued. It then became apparent to me that I could be dreaming, I did the nose RC and bam . .i'm lucid . . . on a dark scary stair case. I saw the little girl facing the wall as I leaped down about 15 steps . I went up to her and before I could say anything she said to me "I like ponies", I thought it was strange, then she changed, her teeth we are seperated and sharp, her eyes were black and she was trying to bite me . .it was real to me and very scary . .I just looked up (as if I was at the top of the stairs) and shouted as loud as I could "Wake up . . .wake up .. " .. I woke up and felt a little bit of a wimp to be hinest but it was scary . . I think I induced it by my interest in Lucid Nightmares .. I can often induce a LD just by reading the night before . .I just wanted to share that with you . .

      Happy dreaming

LOL. I have something similar were I was fully lucid, but a demon was summoned. It was so scary I couldn't do anything about it, I just ran and woke myself up.

My apologies for the spelling and grammar too, I guess it was readable. I'm so fascinated with LD. I need to work on dream signs, I don't understand, why would I find a dark staircase a place where I would say, oh.. I'm dreaming.. But I dream of England every night almost, but I haven't lived there in 4 years. I would have thought that when I see my old house, friends etc I would realize it's a dream, they are thousands of miles away. .. That kind of thing.. Loving LD anyhow..

That sounds very freaky. If this happens again, empower yourself! You control your mind! They can't hurt you, so hurt them! Just realize that they aren't real and that they are under your control!

Freaky experience bro, good luck and happy dreaming!

Sounds scary! You have to remind yourself it is YOUR dream and YOU are in control. Be confident! I would recommend to try and change the dream scene in a situation like that. If you don't know how to change your dream scene, I made a guide you can read. There is a link to it in my signature. Good luck overcoming your lucid nightmares!

Lol, noo! In my expirience, we have to face our fear with peace, not to hurt. Those scary ppl/monsters in our dreams are parts of our selfs. (allthou, dudeee, yours sounds pretty scary...)
We have to ask them why they are doing this or what are their intentions and approach to them with love.
I know its scary, but thats the best u can do. In my opinion. And if you're lucid its easier.
I have done it two times. One was a dream about man chasing me, he wanted to hurt me, but after i realized its a dream i turned towards him and touched him on the shoulder, then he turned into teddy bear!
The other LD is the one i posted in my recent thread.. i tried to shoot the man, nothing happend and i had no choice, i leaped into his arms and kissed him! Then a music started playing and it was verry nice, the feeling was overwhelming!

When this happens, I'd suggest killing yourself immediately. Or try to kill the monster.

I became lucid during an attack by the clown from the movie IT and I was scared as hell but I ended up killing it with my supernatural powers.
