I have a question about this tingly sensation I feel in the later hours of my sleep cycle.

Okay, so I've had a few lucid dreams before, invoked from varying different circumstances.

Anyway. Usually when I'm in the later hours of my sleep cycle, perhaps it's REM. This is usually around 6-9/10 AM. I'm usually half asleep-half awake. I hear this is the best state to induce lucid dreams, but I've never been successful.

Usually when I'm in that state and try to induce a lucid dream, I feel this tingly sensation all over my body. It's almost as if wind is blowing past me or off of me, almost like a vibration-y feeling. I also see like a rectangular image or dreamscape off in the distance whilst thing tingly sensation occurs. Sometimes I also hear sounds in the background - once it was like a blizzard, the other time shouting sounds. What's going on when this happens? Am I close to lucid dreaming? Usually I stop concentrating because this goes on for a while, and as soon as I do, the tingly feelings, sounds and images go away.

What's the buzzing feeling all over my body, I go through this several times. I always feel it when I try and induce lucid dreams in the morning.

How do you induce lucid dreams, what stages do you go through, what do you feel?
