I've noticed that you have had a few lucid dreams already. What methods of lucid dreaming are you using? If all your lucid dreams are DILDs, you might want to try WILDing. These are, admittedly, more difficult to achieve than DILDs, but they are far more vivid and - best of all - they aren't left to the verdict of the random number god. There are a few guides here if you want to try this.

EDIT: Well, this is ironic. It was posted today, too.

      If your recall is good...

      1) Start a journal
      2) Figure out your dream signs and practice (through visualization or in real life if they are realistic) reality checking when you see them
      3) Write out what exactly you will do when you become lucid. (describe how you will deepen and stabilize the dream, what goals you want to accomplish, etc... You can look at the Task of the month if you need motivation)
      4) Try different methods and figure out what works for you. Personally, I'd suggest setting an alarm for about 4-6 hours after you sleep and then reaffirm your intention to lucid, run through your mental scenario, and then go back to sleep.

      Good luck.
