I am a fairly musical person (guitar, piano) and how I first came to research lucid dreaming was that after a good day, as I fell asleep, I could concentrate inwards somehow and control a tune. This wasn't just a song stuck in the head, it was all I heard - there was no other sound, no cars driving past my window, and I couldn't notice the neighbors noise. I definitely felt in a lucid state but the music was the only thing I was in control of - no environment, no people, etc. Is this a lucid dream, and how was it that I didn't need to 'induce' it? I have been trying for a while to DEILD and WILD and it is much harder than this music lucidity I have described. |
