      Time to take a break?

      Well eversince my first LD I have been trying and trying to have a other, and I'm losing intrest in LDings just trying in trying (And I havn't been going to the forums alot either..) Should I take a break and quit trying so hard or what could I do? I dont even feel like writing my dreams down anymore

      Sometimes taking a break really does help. How about for the next week, put lucid dreaming totally out of your head. Focus on anything else, games, books, whatever interests you.

      I've found on occasion when I am in a long spell that it's just when I've given up hope of ever being lucid again that I will have one.

      Yeah, my first LD occured (A few nights ago) when I wasn't even trying, so I guess a break would be a good idea. ^_^
