I would also reccomend taking a break. I jsut recently ended a 1 year break in which i put no effort into LDing anyways i was kind of frustrated at the time but now i am more into it then ever. |

Lucid dreaming isn't something you get good at and can then stop the disciplinary practices necessary for it. You have to get way into it and do all the stuff necessary to do it well, even after you have apparently mastered it. It is not riding a bike. Here are my suggestions: |

I find that being really relaxed helps. If I'm preoccupied or stressed, LD's just aren't forthcoming. But if I'm just trying to catch 40 winks and think about nothing but good sleep, they crop up out of nowhere! So go easy on yourself and don't get upset. Fluctuations in occurence are normal. Just relax your body and mind and let dreams happen as they will. |
